Annual Sports Day |

The School Annual Sports Day was held today. It was our pleasure to have Mrs. Emily Leung, Principal of La Salle Primary School, as our guest of honour.
The finalists in different events tried their very best to strive for their glory. The winners received their prizes from our guest of honour and our school managers.
Form 5C and 1E captured the championships in the A and C Grade interclass competition. Both Form 4C and 4D captured the co-champion in the B Grade interclass competition. |

In the 7th Program Cover Design Competition which was jointly organized by P.E. & Art Department, 14 finalists have been selected from among over 100 submissions. The most popular one picked from public voting will be awarded.

Staff Development Day |

The First Staff Development Day was held in the school hall on 14th Nov 2008. Rev Brother Thomas Lavin spoke about "The Educator's Journey", and encouraged teachers to transcend from seeing their work as occupation to one of vocation. He also brought in the Lasallian values as cornerstone of our teaching job. In the second session, the school administration reported on the progress of the 3+3+4 preparation. Teachers gave their opinions on the subject in the group discussion. The Staff Development Team will relay the findings to the school management. |

Annual Speech Day 2008 |

The Annual Speech Day 2008, which was held on 13th Nov, went smoothly. More than 500 parents turned up to witness their sons' "big days". Together with guests, Old Boys and friends, the prize and certificate recipients enjoyed a great night and their well-deserved awards which they have worked so hard throughout the past year. We are extremely happy to have Rev. Brother Thomas Lavin, F.S.C., Visitor, District of Penang, to be our Guest of Honour. His speech has touched the heart of everybody in the Auditorium.
